The Capablity of Laser Tube And Purchasing Attentions

1.  Life span.  Because the laser tube is an accessory of laser engraver, so    life span is the most important factor to be take into considered when clients   choosing a laser tube. Because different processing technique and designs,   different  laser tubes will has different life span. Generally, the life span of

domestic laser tube is 1500 hours(refer to 60W).

2.  Laser energy.  For different capability laser tube, the Imax will be also different. 

3.  Quality of light.  The quality of light was decided by the laser tube mode   and  lots of production technique. It will also affects the machine's capability   when the laser engraver is running.

4.  Stability.  If laser tube is in poor capability, it will lead to air leakage easily and uncaused explosive.

What is needed when import a Chinese laser engraver to US?

When we import a Chinese laser engraving machine to US, we need to prepare AMS for shipping.

 

AMS is the abbreviation of Automated Manifest System. It is an electron transport system that sending cargo information to the CBP before cargo arriving the port.

A completed AMS document should including house BL Number、Carrier Master BL No、Carrier Name、Shipper、Consignee、Notify Party、 Place of Receipt、Vessel / Voyage、Port of Loading、Port of Discharge、Destination、Container Number、 Seal Number、Size/ Type、No. & PKG Type、Weight、CBM、Description of Goods、 Marks & Numbers、All these contents should be based on the bill of loading that exporter in hand.

AMS should be sent to the shipping company within 24 hours before the laser engraving machine getting the feedback from US customs, or you will be fined.

3. The laser head only swing in one place and does not moving forward.

This might be caused by the poor connection of the mainboard line. There are three terminals on the 

mainboard, check each one of them to see if the wire lead was in good condition.

Question four:

4. At the first startup of the laser stamp machine, the laser head forward to the  right hand side and bump the machine. 

This might be caused by the mainboard. Check the mainboard and the lines on it, then to stable the 

switches and test the machine again. If it laser head still bumping the machine, may be you should

contact with the manufacture for help to see if there is any problem on the mainboard.

Question one: 

1. When the laser head of laser engraving machine is moving, it sounds doo doo  and guide rail doesn't move.

In this situation, we should check the iron sheet under the laser head( in the middle of the two wheels which are on the left head of laser head ). If the iron sheet was

in the right position, when laser head forward to the left side, the iron sheet will just insert into

the control switch in which condition the guide rail can be run normally. If the iron sheet was not

in the right position, we should adjust it.

2. The laser head can works normally when we do the self-check, but the guide rail  will sound doo doo when reach the end.

This situation is similar to the above question, but the different is that, light control board is

movable (on each side of the motor and following the move of the  motor ) but the iron is fixed. Just adjust the light control board to the right position in the machine.

1.Synchronous belt has been stretched for a long time and become deformed.

  Change a new belt.

2.There is dirt in the pinion gear of the reduction gear. 

  Clean the pinion gear and remove the dirt.

3.There is dirt in pinion gear of rotor wheel. Clean it.

1. The screw on the laser engraving machine beam path was loosing.  → Tighten the screw.

2. There are much vivo dash in the air pump gun. 

→ Change a new gun lens to avoid any broken.

3. When water chiller has been opened for a long time without lighting by the laser 

power, it will be freeze and can not be fired. 

→ Closed the power of the  laser engraving machine system, reboot it after one hour.

4. Laser tube aging or laser power decline. 

→ Change a new laser tube.

5. After a long time of working, laser power will be declined.

→ Open the bottom top of the air pump gun, adjust the lens.

The Attentions for Laser Engraving Machine User

The Laser Engraving Machine is a high tech equipment, it has some requirements about the working environments.

A. Avoid from strong magnet, strong electricity and the equipments which can badly affect the engraving machine's signal transmission. For example: the spot welder, launching tower.

B. It requires the steady voltage power supply. It will damage the machine if the voltage fluctuate heavily, we suggest to use the manostat.

C. Please use triplex power source, so it can make sure that the laser engraving machine has the good earthing condition and reduce other interferes.

D. Please do not let the laser engraving machine works in the strongly acidic and strong alkali environment for a long time, or it will damage the body of the machine or the exactitude parts.

4.When the laser cutting machine is moving, there is a clicking noise.

（1）Check to see if there beads in the axletree were broken, if yes, change a new one.

（2）Check to see if the motor shaft was ruptured, if yes, change a new one.

5. The laser cutting machine does not moving or the cutting size was irregularly. 

（1）Open the machine, check to see if the driver and motor were electrified(when the two  items were electrified, both of them can not be moved by hand). The driver will be green light when it is in a running in a normal condition. When connected with electricity, if the 

motor's path can be moved, there problem might happened on the motor, you need to 

change a new one.

（2）The driver power supply usually is 24V DC to 60V DC. You can check the power switch

by using avomotor to see if it works normally. If not, change a new one.

FAQ of laser cutting machine and solutions(1)

1.There is no laser come out of the laser cutting machine?
（1）Check the water cycling and make sure it works normally.
（2）Check the pre-set equipment,  to see weather the ammeter is swaying. If not, check laser power by using avometer. If the avometer appear there is 220V electricity input. The problem minght on the power, change a new power.
（3）If there is noise on the the laser power, the problem might be the poor contact of the power adaptor. Reweld the adaptor or clean the dash in the power.

2. The cutting is disordered and the laser cutting machine pause during the working.
（1）Usually this situation was caused by static disturbance on control card. York Laser suggest that users should link machine case/ laser power case to ground with ground-electrode.
（2）When offline card is working, USB line on the computer should be unpinned so as to avoid any disturbance that lead to machine power off.

3.The cutting size is inaccurate.
(1) Adjust the size setting of the soft document, the workbench impulse should be measured. Usually, every 32 movement will launch 6400 impulse. We should adjust the 32 movement items base on different machines so as to get the best cutting precision.
